    Materials

A close up picture of the Goat material

    Goat

Like marble, no two cuts are the same. Our Goat leather is a celebration of character — naturally varied, full of depth, and built to evolve. Soft from the start and rich in oils, it breaks in quickly and patinas fast, turning every crease and scuff into part of the story. The wear isn’t a flaw — it’s the feature. And the more you wear it, the more it becomes yours.

    Suede

Made from split bovine or goat hide, suede is renowned for being velvety soft and elegant — while ruggedly versatile. Great for sharp dressing in the city and will keep you looking slick — but not wet when the clouds darken overhead. With suede, confidence never came so easy.

    Care

    Store Your Boots

      • Store in a dry, dark place between wears
      • Brush off dirt after each wear with horsehair brush
      • Condition 3-4 times per year (bison's natural oils minimize conditioning needs)

Bison leather is naturally resilient and requires less maintenance than other materials while developing beautiful character over time.

      How To Clean

      • Brush dirt off after every wear with a horsehair brush; use a damp cloth if necessary.
      • Wipe residue with a damp cloth, dry, and brush/buff.

      Condition

      • While boots are still damp, lightly apply conditioner over the entire boot, ideally with fingers, but you can use a brush or cloth.
      • Let the conditioner dry and then buff with a horsehair brush.
      • Condition 3-4 times per year (or as needed). Bison’s natural oils protect your pair from drying out, so they don’t need consistent conditioning. In fact, we encourage you not to over-condition them, as that could lead to damaging the finish.

      Polish & Shine

      • Polishing will leave the boots with a glossy finish. We suggest avoiding colored polishes since they can alter the color of your boots.
      • After your boots have dried, apply a small amount of wax-based polish to all the areas you wish to shine.
      • Let the polish dry and then brush off the boot with a soft cloth.
      • Buff with a horsehair brush to the desired level of shine.
