Returns

  • Online orders are typically processed the same day, if placed before 2pm
  • Online orders are not processed on Saturday or Sunday
  • If you place an order any time between Friday afternoon and Sunday night, your order will be processed the following Monday
  • All online returned items must be received within 15 days of the date of original purchase
  • Please allow 48 hours for your return to be processed upon the arrival of your package
  • Items can be exchanged or returned if they are in their original condition (unwashed, unworn, with tags attached)
  • If returning or exchanging an item, the customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to the store
  • The customer will be charged an additional fee to ship a new item
  • The customer will need to ship the returning product in appropriate shipping material as to not damage the product.
  • Products returned to Reed’s in poor quality (when shipped to the customer with normal, store quality) will be subject to less of a return.

  • Exchanges can be made in store

  • In the case of inclement weather, there may be a return processing delay.
