Online Return/Exchange Policy

  • Online orders are typically processed the same day, if placed before 2pm
  • Online orders are not processed on Saturday or Sunday
  • If you place an order any time between Friday afternoon and Sunday night, your order will be processed the following Monday
  • All returned items must be received within 15 days of the date of original purchase
  • Please allow 48 hours for your return to be processed upon the arrival of your package
  • Items can be exchanged or returned if they are in their original condition (unwashed, unworn, with tags attached)
  • If returning or exchanging an item, the customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to the store
  • The customer will be charged an additional fee to ship a new item
  • Exchanges can be made in store

  • We ship USPS
  • Please allow 24 hours for local pickup (Local pickup is available at our Downtown Tupelo and Mall at Barnes Crossing stores. Please call 662-842-6453 to request local pickup at our Starkville or Columbus stores)
  • Please allow 24 hours to pick up a Gift Card at any of our locations
  • Shipping is non-refundable, unless we have made a shipping error
